RINCON, Ga. — Domino’s Pizza #4109 at 449 S. Columbia Ave., Suite G, received a score of 98 during a routine food-service inspection conducted Aug. 31, according to the Georgia Department of Public Health.
Inspector Andrew McClinton cited a repeat violation involving required documents that were not posted. The report says the facility did not have its food-service permit or food-safety manager certification displayed. The person in charge was instructed to post the permit where customers can readily see it.
The report lists the finding as not corrected during the inspection.
