An archival collection traces Savannah’s SCAD Film Festival through screenings, red-carpet appearances and crowds gathered near Trustees Theater and Broughton Street. Its dated scenes include events from 2010, 2011 and 2015.

Sir Ian McKellen took questions after a Nov. 4, 2010, screening of “Gods and Monsters.” The next year, director Oliver Stone gave an interview at SCAD’s Jen Library before being honored at the festival on Nov. 3, 2011. A 2015 photograph shows crowds outside Trustees Theater, with photographers and fans around the red carpet.

Other scenes include confetti and paper airplanes above Broughton Street during an opening-night celebration. The collection features guests such as Alec Baldwin, Kathleen Turner, James Gandolfini and Michael Douglas, who received a Lifetime Achievement Award. It also records Asa Butterfield receiving SCAD’s Rising Star Award and Miles Teller appearing before a screening of “Bleed for This.”
