Glynn County approved the final plat for Delta Crossing Phase 1 and accepted a $5,182,846.08 performance bond for the project. Required improvements must be completed within one year of the bond’s issuance.

The Board of Commissioners took the action Sept. 17, 2026, as part of its general-business consent agenda. Commissioners approved the agenda unanimously, 5-0.

The plat covers a 26-acre parcel at 7155 Highway 99, identified as parcel 02-00210. The county’s action includes public rights-of-way and acceptance of a deed dedicating those rights-of-way. The property is zoned Planned Development District (ZM5103).

Coastal Business Storage, Inc., the property owner, is listed as principal on the bond. Palomar Casualty and Surety Company is named as surety. The meeting record ties the one-year improvement period to the bond’s issuance but does not state when it was issued, so it does not establish a calendar completion date.
