Glynn County commissioners approved accepting a $403,532 Federal Aviation Administration grant for the second phase of terminal parking expansion at Brunswick Golden Isles Airport.

The board took the action at its Sept. 3, 2026, meeting, which began at 6 p.m.

The grant agreement was included in the consent agenda. Commissioner Walter Rafolski made the motion to approve that agenda, Commissioner Allen Booker seconded it, and the motion passed unanimously.

The project funding plan also includes a $44,830 airport match and an anticipated $44,830 state match.

The meeting record does not provide a construction schedule or a projected completion date.
