Glynn County commissioners approved a revised contract with Gresham Smith for the Glynn-Brunswick SS4A Safety Action Plan, replacing an earlier award to the firm. The action came at the Board’s 6 p.m. meeting on Sept. 3, 2026.
The Board rescinded the contract it had awarded on July 16. Funding identified for the revised contract includes $40,000 from the county’s adopted FY27 Engineering Professional Services budget and $160,000 in Discretionary PL federal grant funding. The meeting record does not provide a total contract value or describe the revised terms.
The contract action was part of the consent agenda, which commissioners approved unanimously. The record does not state whether the safety action plan is complete or provide a later status.
