The Coastal Heritage Society held its annual Frogwarts: A Magical Adventure! fundraiser Sunday afternoon at the Savannah Children’s Museum and Georgia State Railroad Museum. The event was organized to raise money for the society and its educational mission.
CHS CEO Nora Fleming Lee said the museums were transformed into an immersive wizarding setting for family activities intended to spark curiosity and encourage lifelong learning.
The program paired STEAM activities with wizarding-class themes. Attendees could try potion making, herbology and fortune telling, take train rides, play Quidditch, and meet owls and reptiles. Children also could bring a favorite stuffed animal to the Magical Creature Care Clinic.
