McIntosh County commissioners unanimously authorized the County Manager to sign a contract with the Coastal Regional Commission for a five-year comprehensive-plan update, with the cost capped at $24,000.
The board acted Sept. 8 during its regular meeting at Darien City Hall. County Manager Jordan explained the contract before Commissioner Poole made the motion and Commissioner Jarriel seconded it. The meeting record does not state when the update is expected to be completed.
