Claxton’s 15th annual Downtown Trick or Treat & Kid’s Safety Day is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 24, bringing trick-or-treating and children’s safety activities to South Newton Street.
The event is planned for 5 to 6:30 p.m., with local businesses and organizations taking part. It is hosted by the Claxton Downtown Development Authority and the Claxton-Evans County Chamber of Commerce.
