CLAXTON, Ga. — Hardee’s of Claxton at 106 N. Duval St. received a score of 85 during a routine food-service inspection conducted Sept. 8, according to the Georgia Department of Public Health.
Inspector Rebecca Stewart cited two repeat violations:
- Omelet mix in a reach-in cooler measured 49 degrees. The mix was discarded during the inspection.
- A food-handling employee was not wearing a beard restraint. The employee put on a beard net during the inspection.
The report lists both violations as corrected during the inspection.
