Long County school nutrition team says they are glad to be back serving breakfast and lunch to the students. They are serving fresh, bright and quality meals every day. In the pictures below are a few highlights from what’s been going on in the cafeterias. 🍕🍗🥒
They offer fresh fruit daily, but for the month of August they are focusing heavily on melons, as they are the harvest of the month.
Your students should be seeing lots of fresh cantaloupe, honeydew and watermelon in their school cafeterias in Long county 🍉🍈
If you haven’t applied for free meals yet, they encourage you to try to qualify.
It is completely confidential and the process is very quick. Students who qualify for both free and reduced meals will receive free meals this school year.
