Traffic was restricted in both directions at West Bay and Brittany streets in Savannah on Friday morning, Oct. 30, as police investigated an accident. The Savannah Police Department reported that all eastbound lanes were closed and one westbound lane was also shut.
Police advised drivers to avoid the area if possible and take another route. The report did not provide a time for the lanes to reopen.
