BROOKLET, Ga. — The 37th Annual Brooklet Peanut Festival will take over downtown Brooklet on Saturday, September 19, from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m.
The community celebration will begin with a parade at 10 a.m. Festival activities will include arts and crafts vendors, food vendors, amusement attractions and live entertainment. Tractor races are scheduled to begin at noon, with an evening band performance planned for 6 p.m.
The festival will be held around 209 Railroad Street in downtown Brooklet. Admission and scheduled entertainment are free, while food, merchandise and other vendor purchases are optional. A free shuttle will also be available.
