Savannah homes had a median 80 days on market in September

Redfin data put Savannah homes’ median time on the market at 80 days in September 2026. That was 11 days longer than the median in September 2025.

The September figure continued a year-over-year pattern that began in January. Homes in Savannah spent longer on the market in every month reported this year than in the corresponding month of 2025.
