Savannah was the closing stop for evangelist Will Graham’s Declaration of Dependence Tour on Friday, Oct. 30, 2026. More than 300 people gathered at the Forsyth Park Bandshell.
Josh Havens led worship music, while Graham led worship and delivered a sermon. Prayers were offered for the United States, the Church and political leaders. Graham also expressed gratitude to first responders, and a member of his team prayed with a Savannah Police officer.
The Rev. Thurmond Tillman, pastor of First African Baptist Church, stood in prayer during the gathering.
