Carolynn Cohen and Ashlynn Bryant, third-year students at South University’s Savannah campus, won the Clinical Skills Competition at the Georgia Society of Health-System Pharmacists’ Fall Meeting. They finished ahead of teams from Georgia’s three other pharmacy schools at the competition, held the weekend of Oct. 16.

The students advanced to the state contest after winning their campus round. There, they worked through a real-world patient case and answered rapid-fire questions from judges before a live audience, according to officials.
