COS: Glynn EH instructed staff member to remove gloves and wash hands again. Staff member complied. CA: Glynn EH instructs management to train staff members that hands not gloves need to be washed after being contaminated during cleaning/trash removal and before working with food products after these other task.

COS: Glynn EH instructed management to have the machine shut off and ice discarded and that it be cleaned and sanitized before use. Management complied and began the process. CA: Glynn EH instructs management to ensure that all food contact equipment is cleaned and sanitized often enough to ensure that it is kept clean to sight and touch as well as sanitary.

COS: Glynn Eh instructed management and staff not to use the dishwasher for sanitization and use chlorine sanitizer at the 3 compartment sink. Management and staff complied. CA: Glynn Eh instructs management to check the dishwashing machine sanitizer concentrations daily and ensure chlorine levels of 50 – 100ppm at minimum and never above 200ppm.
