REIDSVILLE, Ga. — Dub’s Back Porch BBQ at 183 S. Main St. received a score of 91 during a routine food-service inspection conducted Aug. 17, according to the Georgia Department of Public Health.
Inspector Rebecca Stewart cited one 9-point violation for improper hot-holding temperatures. Brunswick stew measured 115 degrees and baked beans measured 120 degrees on the hot bar. Both items were reheated during the inspection.
The report lists the violation as corrected during the inspection and not a repeat finding.
