Overnight lane closures are scheduled on I-95 in Bryan and Liberty counties from Nov. 8 through Nov. 13, the Georgia Department of Transportation says. The closures will affect northbound and southbound traffic between mileposts 79 and 86, from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m.

A CSX railroad crossing in Walthourville is set to close at 9 a.m. Monday, Nov. 9, and reopen at 7 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 12. CSX may change those dates because of weather or other factors.

On eastbound I-16 in Candler County, a one-day lane closure for Federal Highway Administration data collection is scheduled for Nov. 12, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. GDOT says construction and maintenance work across Southeast Georgia is scheduled to continue from Nov. 7 through Nov. 13.

All work schedules may change because of weather or other factors. GDOT advises motorists to slow down and watch for workers in work zones. For real-time work status and traffic information, call 511, visit 511ga.org or use the Georgia 511 app.
