The Savannah Police Department’s Police Activities League brought children ages 7 to 14 to its annual Ice and Lace Sneaker Ball at the Savannah Civic Center Ballroom. The gathering was free and included dancing, singing, food and time to socialize.
Savannah Alderman Detric Leggett visited and demonstrated dance moves. Every child who attended received prizes.
