A Chatham County grand jury indicted Jalynn Dwayne Montgomery Wednesday on charges of child molestation and electronically furnishing obscene material to a minor.
The indictment alleges Montgomery sent explicit images through Snapchat to a 12-year-old girl in April. It states that he “knew or should have known” she was a minor.
