A Chatham County grand jury has indicted Ramone Green, 41, on six felony counts in connection with the fatal shooting of Saul Garcia Santos, 21, on President Street.

Santos was found shot to death on Oct. 10. The indictment alleges Green kidnapped him against his will and then shot him. The charges listed include malice murder, two counts of felony murder and kidnapping with bodily injury.

Prosecutors filed a recidivist notice citing four prior felony convictions. Green turned himself in the day after the shooting and remains in the Chatham County Jail.
