POOLER, Ga. — Papaya Thai Cuisine & Sushi Bar at 801 Pooler Parkway, Unit 105, received a score of 92, or an A, during a routine food-service inspection conducted Sept. 10, according to the Georgia Department of Public Health.
Inspector Caisha Knight cited black and pink buildup inside the ice machine. The inspector also noted old date labels on clean dishes and refrigerated items, including a label dated June 15.
The report lists both violations as not corrected during the inspection and not repeat violations.
