The Effingham County Sheriff’s Office has scheduled a women-only firearms class for Nov. 21, with space for 18 participants. The class begins at 7:30 a.m. at the Sheriff’s Office.
Participants must be at least 21, live in Effingham County and be legally able to carry a firearm. They must bring their own firearm, 50 rounds of ammunition, and a holster with a sturdy belt.
