Thunderbolt police are asking residents to help find 10-year-old Tyshawn Hooper, who reportedly left his home near Downing Avenue. Police said his whereabouts were unknown.
Hooper is about 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs approximately 150 pounds, according to police. He has black hair shaved on the sides and spiked on top. His last reported clothing was gray jogger pants, a bright yellow shirt and brown cowboy boots.
Investigators said they have no information indicating Hooper is in immediate danger. They said locating him and ensuring his safety is a priority because of his age. Police also asked residents in Thunderbolt and the surrounding Savannah area to watch for possible sightings.
Anyone with information about where Hooper may be should call 911 or contact the Thunderbolt Police Department.
